You can feed that frame number (or the VIN?) on Amayama, and hopefully find your bumper. Then you can go to Toyota USA parts, site, enter that part no, find street prices from dealerships in your area.

Why not go straight to Toyota USA parts site and search directly? Several years back the site was revamped, and pretty much useless not, unless you've got a part number in hand.

Pretty sure you need to replace the full bumper, just guessing. @jerrymildred went down this rabbit hole:

Hi - I just found your question on Prius Chat. I have a 2018 Prius Prime Advanced and this morning discovered that someone backed up into my front bumper and caused almost an identical break in the front plastic piece. Did you find a part number or site for ordering a replacement? Thanks
