    Hello all,
I would like to know where you all get your upstream 02 sensors with the heat guard for your 06 models? I know they have them at AutoZone and O'Reilly's but I am curious if anyone knows of any aftermarket ones that work just as well? I checked places like Amazon but the reviews mentioned many issues with making the car too lean or loss of power. I'm not trying take any of those risks and if I must, I will pay the $200. But I figured I'd give here a chance first. Thank you in advance for taking the time to read this.

The oxygen sensor, the Air/Fuel ratio sensor, and the MAFS (to name a few) are critical sensors in the engine management system. They must work to the design specifications to avoid creating more problems than they solve. Any one of these would ever be replaced once in the service life of any car, so it beggars belief that people try and save a couple of bucks looking for alternatives. I would not use alternatives unless I was 100% certain that the alternative meets the OEM specification.

Save yourself the agony and just get one from an online dealer store. The competitive ones offer the genuine part at a good discount off the MSRP.
