Charging Connector Difficult to Plug-in

    2012 Plug-in Prius (of course) 40K miles, always in the garage every night, charged 3 or 4 times a week. I have to tilt the handle up on the cord end and push hard.

    You probably have a bent pin or socket on either ends. Should probably fix it before you do further damage to either or.
