Anyone done this replacement for a 3rd Gen Prius? (I've got a 2012 V) I've scoured YouTube for videos and I found the OPs great video but it's for a Gen 2, and one video with someone showing the replacement of the part, but after disassembly.

I'm trying to figure out how much of the dash I'll need to disassemble and hoping to find a video or picture guide. Thanks y'all!

You might want to post (or tag onto) a thread in the 3rd gen forum, so this thread won't get confusing with details for different generations. The heater boxes are differently shaped and the actuators are in different places.

One tip, be sure to specify which actuator you mean. Technically, "blend door" does mean exactly one of them, but a lot of people use "blend door" to mean that door or the outlet door or the inlet door. So even if you really do mean the blend door, it's worth saying clearly that is the one you mean. :)
