COVID, as it relates, closed itself out.

The Spanish flu of 1918 killed millions, but now, over a century later, it's nothing to be feared. This is because the virus has evolved into a milder form, which rarely kills the host. This is a normal course of evolution, because a virus that kills its host is at a disadvantage; a form that reproduces in the host without killing it or making it sick is favored by natural selection, and eventually supplants the more deadly strains. This is what was predicted by experts, and it has mostly come to pass.

Of course the deadly strains still exist, and will continue to cause illness and death until they are eradicated by quarantine and vaccines, but they are becoming rarer and rarer.

No one can predict how deadly a strain of virus can be; it's really just an unlucky accident. It may be fairly benign in the original host, but when it crosses over to humans, it's much more deadly.

Although covid was briefly the largest cause of deaths, it has long since faded into the background. Unfortunately, the deadly strains will be with us for much longer than necessary due to the hysteria of anti-vaccination idiots.

Isn't Vit D the one the body makes when exposed to sunlight? I can see why that wouldn't be water soluble .... it would boil and evaporate ;):ROFLMAO:

Covid still kills, just there are less and less anti vaxxers left to kill ..... Those that can understand logic and are not prone to mass hysteria, have had the shots and could well have suffered a dose of Covid and not known, the reaction becomes so minor once the body understands what it is that it's fighting.

It wasn't the Covid virus that killed, it was, and still is, the bodies over reaction and throwing everything it has in medicine bag of possible ways to beat it, at it .... The body just can't handle the onslaught if it hasn't had similar viruses to counteract recently.

I'd imagine the anti vaxxers would also be anti the Antiviral medications ...... or are they like the claimed Atheists, who ask for God to save them the moment they think their life is in danger and pray frantically to something they didn't believe in when all was going well

Not a snowballs chance in Hades! We are done with any mRNA jabs for the time being....not even getting this years flu jabs because they use it.

Regular exercise, eating healthy, and taking multi-vitamins to give a boost to the best protection the Lord God Almighty gave us, the immune system!

Checking statistics, the most common death causes were not political alignment or being against vaccinations, it was people that were old, circulatory issues, fat people, asthmatic, comorbidities etc.
When the virus first arrived from china, the better ½ & I were in our 60s. Her health is poor & so she got very sick - just as though she had the flu. In contrast, if it weren't for Red Cross checking for immunities, I'd have never known that I ever even had the virus (never got this jab - but every other vaccination - yes) . But everybody's free to pass along their own reality - now that the state no longer cancels opposing viewpoints Ah la Zuckerberg admitting being strong armed by the FBI to shut down opposing viewpoints of the party that claims to be all about free speech & science

Jab fans - the "proponents of science" were remiss to discuss suicide rates, Elementary School (least likely to get sick) scores in the toilet & drug abuse increasing when they insisted everyone isolate.

There are many viewpoints and interpretation of scientific facts or "alternative facts" as the current administration coined it. Didn't have to dig too hard for this one.....

Slay News - Bias and Credibility - Media Bias/Fact Check

I try to respect everyone's viewpoints, because that's the only way we learn. Closing yourself off from other viewpoints just places yourself into a self-fulfilling echo-chamber.

    Peace.....

Anyone with a particle of common sense knows that medical science has saved millions of lives.
The types of people who search the internet with confirmation bias, finding what they're looking for need to be ignored and dismissed.

I know someone who won’t go to a doctor to treat her sinus infection … that she complains about. Her choice but no sympathy from me.

My late wife had chronic sinus infections due to her first husband breaking her nose twice. When we moved to Huntsville and she became just a loving house-wife, she got the surgery and relief.

One beautiful aspect of science is that it's ever-changing and to say something is "settled science" is a misnomer. Of course medical science, generally, has saved millions of lives but, of course, there's been grossly inaccurate "medical" procedures that did more harm than good. (Blood letting and mercury treatments come to mind.)

There's many documented medical reports of injuries directly from the covid injections called Vaccine-Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (VAIDS) and doctors are troubled that, unlike "long covid" the victims don't seem to be getting better.

Still willing to get the jab? You can have mine.....no thanks...

"Many in Japan got the jabs and then the death rates went up pretty significantly after 90-120 days."

Sequence here was press conference -> Rumble -> Slay News -> @ColoradoBoo

Press conference discussed this database apparently:

    ロット別死亡率 TOP100

Based on (Bing translation of) the database descriptions, it shows deaths of people who had received various lot numbers of vaccines. It does not show what death rates of epidemiologically matched groups were before vaccination. It does not show what death rates of epidemiologically matched but unvaccinated groups were contemporaneously.

There is no evidence that any work was done to identify causes of deaths.

Characterizing this as "went up" might result from a very casual reading, or from intent to mislead. I would not know which description fits better.

I made effort to read Bhattacharjee et al in Medrxiv. It contains a large number of abbreviations for biomolecules. Manuscripts that do that often include lists of abbreviations to help readers. this one does not. My respects to any one who works through it carefully.

Much depends on supplemental material that can be downloaded here:

Immunological and Antigenic Signatures Associated with Chronic Illnesses after COVID-19 Vaccination | medRxiv

For readers not taking the whole plunge here are two interpretation links:

If others seem useful please post them.

If anyone finds it in a journal after peer review please say so here. Has not happened yet. Preprint was posted 2025 February and that is not a surprising long hiatus in many fields.

Clearly, you didn't understand what I posted, it is the immune systems reaction to an unknown invader that kills because the Covid virus looks like a killer to the immune system, so it throws the kitchen sink at it and overpowers the bodies coping mechanisms ......

Do you think the cough is the virus talking, or the immune systems attempt to clear the lungs

Do you think the mucus that clogs the lungs is the virus or the immune systems reaction

Do you think the high temperature is the virus or the immune systems reaction to the an unknown invader?

If you have a cough, headache, runny nose or run a fever temperature, do you take pain killers or other medication to relieve the symptoms? Do you think you are attacking the invader when you take that stuff, or trying to stop your immune system from over reacting?

Don't be lead like a sheep to slaughter, you were given the intelligence to think and do proper research ..... very hard to do these days on a computer, the AI just gives you more of what you looked for previously ..... so try changing the way you ask the question and see if the answer comes up the same ..... if it doesn't, you can see clearly you are being lead rather than learning .....

If you believe what Jr is saying to be fact, may your god have mercy on your sole

So they say. It fails to address folks like myself, whether younger or older, who had zero reaction to the virus - never even knowing that they had it, but for anybody tests.

    Choices:
    • A religion about Jesus
      • Mega Churches
      • Support the sociopath in Chief
    • Living what Jesus taught us
      • The lessons Jesus taught
      • Living in the Kingdom of God
Some churches are a blessing because they keep the rascals off the streets for a while … letting us rest.

This point in time seems to be marked by a really wide ideological range among denominations. I'd be hesitant to tar them all with the same brush. Some of those I remember from childhood seeming to be about "love your neighbor as yourself", "let him without sin cast the first stone", "what you've done for the least of these you've done for me", and so on, are still plugging away being about that. They're just not in the news as much as others.

I guess denominational differences aren't altogether new, and I'm thankful to live in a time maybe fewer people are put to death over them. But the differences can still be pretty wide.
