ice starts but then quits quickly

    changed #3 coil and spark plug....cleaned map sensor and throttle body...still will not stay running...any ideas? thanks

    The pdf showing Techstream was that taken before or after you replaced #3 spark plug and coil?

    Please provide more information about the car. Year, mileage, how the car was behaving before you replaced the spark plug and coil, etc.

    Are you sure the engine is starting or is it just mig1 spinning the engine, then quitting??????

    first was p0303 and i replaces with one new coil...p3018 and i changed the spark plug....351,000 miles...not sure how to tell if only mig 1 is spinning. thanks

    FYI, the P0A0F code is telling you that the engine failed to start. So your engine is not starting and is only being rotated by the electric motor.

    I would clear the codes, then put back the original #3 coil that you took out and try to start the car again. Then scan again with Techstream.

    How did the #3 spark plug look that you removed?
    I am confused why you would replace the spark plug. P3018 is a code for block #8 in the hybrid battery.

    At that age and mileage; I'd check the fuel pump and fuel system pressure. That's where I would start.

    Yes; you also have a weak block #8 in your traction pack. Your traction pack is being drawn down because your engine won't start. Your engine recharges the traction pack. If you run it too far down, It'll need to be recharged.
