Prius v wont start/ready mode

hi please my 2014 Prius wont start dash lights up but no ready mode I checked a few fuses which are ok 12v battery is charged I also scanned which gave code poaod I also tried reinserting the safety plug still nothing I heard mention of an 140 amp fuse but I can't seem to l;locate it has anyone had this issue or knows how I can solve mines

Any other suggestions will be greatly appreciated I have actually checked the small plug and the connection is good and idea of any fuses or relays related to the hv system that I can check ?
