I just finished replacing bad cells in my high voltage battery. The car sat for a month while this project was going on. I just put it back together and put it in today and the car will not move will not start and is giving me a Pa080.

Will a low 12 volt battery cause the symptom?
Here's a screenshot from Dr Prius.

I replaced the 12 volt battery with a brand new one. I'm still getting the same error. Car will not start will not go into gear. It will turn on but the internal combustion engine does not fire and the car will not move

I removed the pack from the car disassembled it I can't find anything that looks off on this pack. All of the cells individually measure between 7.87 and 7.89. I'm wondering if I have a bad connection somewhere given the reading on Dr Prius.

The orange plug was not fully seated. I'll put this thing back together tomorrow and try it.

The car is probably right about the P0A80. The calculations it does in real time to decide whether that code is warranted are a bit more involved than anything you can easily look at physically or with a scan tool.
