2011 Prius Beeping 10 times; driver's door not unlocking

Hello everyone. I'm hoping you can help me figure out what's going on with my car.

Condition 1: Try to unlock all doors of the car using two presses of the fob, all doors except the driver's unlock. If I attempt to open the driver's door with the handle, the car beeps 10 times and the door does not unlock. No lights on the dash.

Condition 2: Try to unlock driver's side with just the door handle and fob in proximity, the car beeps 10 times and the driver's side door does not unlock. No lights on the dash.

Neither of these conditions lead to the beeping/not unlocking 100% of the time. It's probably about 70%.

I have opened and closed all the doors and have wiped off the door handle sensor. The 12V battery was replaced a year ago. Car drives normally so far (this has been happening for 48 hours).
