2024 Prius passenger side skirt removal

ok update,

This car i just bought brand new so i have to take pride and joy plus this isn't a small scratch, it's badly rough and ugly and will show like a sore thumb of the damaged if i just paint over it, or if i sand it and paint myself.

I took the piece to a couple of shops and by taking it off myself, i thought it would be cheaper for a shop service but it's not because they ar quoting me 900 bucks and when i said no in disgust they are willing to drop to 600. so since i have it off, i might as well just order sand paper of many grits, filler,primer, and official oem coloring spray paint to do it myself and hope it comes out ok. i think i would need to sand to a very large area so by spray painting it can blend in better.

Ill just be driving my car without this uglyness scratch it looks better than with it.

oh, i found the piece the flew off, i did snap something, how do i glue it back strong enough?
