My daughter hit debris in the turnpike and lit up traction control and abs. This blue connector is hanging. Any idea what this is?

That's not just a connector—the little gray bit connecting the wires to it is the connector. That's a whole item knocked off from its mounting.

I think that item is the beeper that tells you if, say, you have closed the door with the car READY.

I don't think anything about that beeper lights up the traction control / ABS warnings.

The wiring to the wheel speed sensor runs in that same neighborhood and I suspect you will find it has also taken a hit.

Given that those warning lights are on, a reasonable next step would be to ask the car to tell you why they are on.

If you don't have a suitable scan tool for that, you can do it this way:

Thanks Chapman. I am 250 miles away and she is dropping off at garage. Just trying to get an idea.

I do recommend getting the trouble codes, which is fairly easy, whether she does it or someone at the shop does.

I expect that the codes will confirm my guess about the speed sensor wiring, but that confirmation would be good. As would finding out if it isn't that and something else needs to be looked at.
