I have a 2020 Prius Prime LE that I purchased about a year ago. When I am using the handsfree calling, the other party frequently hears a clicking noise and my voice will sometimes not be heard. Everything on my end sounds fine. The problem occurs with my S25 Ultra as well as my iPhone 15. I'm thinking it may be the handsfree microphone or wiring. Anyone have this issue? My car has about 70K miles.

I've tried deleting my phones and re-pairing the phones, but it hasn't helped.

We are having the same issue with our Prius 2020 XLE and would love to find a solution. Our local Toyota dealer says they can update the SW for $200 but does not guarantee the update will fix this annoying dropout and clicking in the call recipients ear (mine!). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I took it back to the dealer... before my 12000 mi Certified warranty expired. They did do a software upgrade but did not help. He was going to talk to tech support and see what to try next. At least i got it checked before the warranty expired. He did say that the microphone goes directly to the head unit. Based on the fact that i can duplicate the problem with the car parked, I don't think it's a wiring or microphone problem. I'd bet it's the head unit...
