@PriusCamper here's an article explaining all the cars you can get with solid-state batteries - IF you live in China that is and are willing to settle on semi-solid state battery. The rest are demo EVs and or Prototypes.
Ranges are based on CLTC (China Light-Duty Test Cycle), roughly equivalent to Europe's WLTP or about 60% of EPA.

    Summary Table
Vehicle Battery Type Energy Density Supplier Claimed Range Sale Date
    1 Nio ET7/ET5 Semi-solid state 360 Wh/kg Beijing WeLion New Energy Technology 652 miles (1050 km) now
2 IM Motor L6 Semi-solid state not stated Suzhou QingTao Power Technology 620+ miles (1000 km) now
    3 MG4 Semi-solid state 180 Wh/kg Suzhou QingTao Power Technology not stated end 2025
4 Voyah Passion Semi-solid state not stated Ganfeng Lithium 360 miles (579 km) now
5 Dongfeng Fengshen E70 Semi-solid state not stated Ganfeng Lithium 620 miles (1000 km) 2026 (current prototype)
6 Dodge Charger Daytona EV Semi-solid state 375 Wh/kg Factorial Energy not stated Demo EV
7 Mercedes-Benz EQS Semi-solid state not stated Factorial Energy not stated Demo EV
8 BMW i7 Solid state 390 Wh/kg Solid Power not stated Demo EV

From the article, car companies working on solid state batteries:
    Rimac Technology
    Toyota (planned date is 2027-2028)
    Honda
    Volkswagen
    Nissan

Oh that IS comical - declaring to be the victor of an automotive tech race they haven't yet put into production - while others ARE in production?

All gimmicks. I have a solid-state potato battery as well. What is obviously meant in the original post is mainstream solid-state batteries, not demo or limited-production ones.

    Google AI:

The NIO ET7 can be equipped with a 150 kWh semi-solid-state battery that offers significantly longer range and higher energy density than traditional packs, but it is currently only available for rent in China and is very expensive to produce. This battery is not a fully solid-state battery, as it still uses a liquid electrolyte, but it has a gel-like consistency that provides enhanced safety.

Who's to say that Toyota isn't FOLLOWING the same quasi solid state path as China is - when Toyota brags about a solid state battery coming out into production eventually. Is there any link that shows it too, won't simply be a lease option?

Well, Toyota said, “They aim to achieve the world’s first practical use of all-solid-state batteries in BEVs, potentially changing the future of automobiles and helping realize a carbon-neutral society.” I chose to believe them. LOL
