I'm so incredibly grateful to have been kicked out of Fred's House of Politics for being too political, lol... I'll wear that type of censorship against my right to free speech as a badge of honor, as well as proof that Fred's House of Pancakes will always be a better forum than that other one.
I don't see that any such thing necessarily happened. Tideland looked and your checkbox was unchecked. Didn't remember unchecking it, and checked it again. Wouldn't be the first time the forum software has done something weird.
Not only is it an all user boxes checked on as default forum system, but I've spent 57 years saying stuff that's obvious and true in ways that make the whole room feel uncomfortable and often gets me kicked out of same said room. Something about humans that make them obedient to not speaking out about all the wrongs around them is something I wasn't born with. This isn't just a coincidence, this is how my life has always been. When Danny created Fred's House of Politics I only heard other people talking about it, was never able to find it and didn't care because at Fred's house of Pancakes, "Free Speech is Your Friend." Unless Danny would like to show up and argue otherwise, It's clear to me that all facts point to me being intentionally excluded from viewing or participating in that forum. If anyone has evidence to the contrary, please present it.
This definitely furthers the conspiracy! Why is that the most troublesome Priuschatters have been excluded from even viewing the rarely used Fred's House of Politics?
Where did you get that idea? The check box for FHOPol has never been on by default—did you read any of the 18-year-old thread announcing it?
Was referring to who it is visible to, not who is signed up... I had no option to sign up because the box was unchecked so not only could I not see the forum listed, but if I clicked on a link to the forum it would come back as a page error.
But the very top sticky thread at the very top of the list of sticky threads at the very top of the Fred's House of Pancakes forum has been there for years and explains how to join FHOPol.
