Yesterday I got an error message asking me to sign in my vehicle account profile with my PIN. Think I had that happen once before and got past it. This time, however, after providing my PIN it said unable to connect with network and to call a dealer if the problem persist. My account does show under Settings, however it's not enabled such that I can select it and signs me in as a Guest to whatever network is used.

Amy ideas what's going on here?

Wow... Depending on Toyota for handling networks and logins sounds awful. Maybe someone will make an aftermarket product or hack to deal with this? In the meantime, you could try disconnecting the 12v battery and reconnecting it. If this is just a software glitch disconnecting the 12v is the equivalent of rebooting your computer.

Mine did that same thing yesterday. I was also having connectivity problems on Google Maps.
It seems to have gone away on its own.

How does your car connect to the internet? Through your phone? Through the Toyota data plan? Did you have your phone with you when you got the message?

I have gotten the message many times. I believe the car media center needs an internet connection for the pin to sign you in.
