Who cares what the guy says. It is a used car at 180k miles. It couldve been maintained good, it could not. Does not mattery really, just look at miles, year, and price and compare with others. Check kelly blue book value as a reference. There might be better deals out there. Priuses are a safe bet regardless of maintenance history.

My 2016 Prius Two has almost 230,000 miles on it. Hatch struts were replaced last year. 5,000 mile oil/filter service (religiously). Only issues have been 12 volt batteries (two on my dime, two under Toyota warranty. Regular coolant and transmission fluid changes. Tires (three or four times). The only other issue has been the recent failure of the engine splash shield. I replaced it with a cheap unit, but it was so flimsy it vibrated the pushpins free and began to drag. I just took it off and may not replace it. I have the car for sale for $6500, but will keep it and drive it if I can't find a buyer (I live in a remote area with a small market -- Ehrenberg, AZ). The same car is selling for $10,000 in metro areas with the same mileage. After all these year it is still a JOY to drive and still gets 50+ mpg.
