Anyone put a mirror on a Gen 5?

Reposting from when I answered your question three months ago.

Here's a reasonably good video for the door panel. The one big thing he does wrong is use a power tool to screw the fasteners back in. Either do it by hand or carefully use a power tool on its lowest torque setting. The fasteners are screwing into soft plastic and will strip out super easy.

Once the door panel is off, you pull off the black plastic covering the interior mirror connection point to expose the three screws holding it to the door. Everything should be self-explanatory at that point.

The same guy has an extended version that shows removing the mirror. It's not the greatest, but you can watch it too. I do see that I remembered it wrong and the three bolts are actually10mm and not Torx like I was thinking.
