Help with Dr prius message

Hi folks.
My prius threw up some lovely dashboard lights today and when I checked the Dr. Prius app there were no engine codes or hybrid battery codes. There was just a message at the bottom of the screen saying 'resethead error broken pipe'..(I've added pics of that message and of the dashboard lights).
I've looked online but have no idea what this means. I don't have my good OBD2 diagnostic tool at home atm either. I just wondered if anyone had any idea what this could be.
