Hey Prius Peeps, I have an ‘08 with a little over 200k that has developed a new issue. Every time I drive for more than 10 minutes and then stop (I always wait for the engine to shut off first) there is a single audible beep like the car is trying to alert me to something. Any insights here?
Great question PriusCamper, I always wait for the engine to shut off, and I always (try to) put it in Park before I shut down. Other than that, it’s really just a mystery. Nothing is consistent. It really feels like like it’s just haphazard. I know I’m missing something. And as a matter of fact, I just drove home from work (45 mins) and it did NOT do the beep, but it did on my way to work this morning.
