Toyota Prius NHW20 (2008)—a loud shudder or vibration when switches HV battery and the engine

    Toyota Prius NHW20 (2008)—a loud shudder or vibration when the HV (Hybrid Vehicle) battery gets low and the car switches to the gasoline engine. After that, the dashboard warning light turned on. What should it be?

    The wanring lights store error codes... You can use an OBD2 device to connect your phone to your car to use apps to diagnose with, like Dr. Prius App

    You can also use Toyota Techstream with a mini-VCI dongle and an old laptop

    Or take it to an auto parts store, they usually read error codes for free.
