Did you noise-reducing work with Thinsulate??

    you know, XW60 didn't use many Thinsulate for noise-reducing, so I will buy many Thinsulates and add to the front hood, door, trunk and etc.
    Is there any did it and could you make an advice for doing well?

    Pretty sure 3M Thinsulate traps heat and not designed for sound deadening. Here is the 3M Thinsulate site.
