I’m looking to add some performance to my Gen 3 Plug in. I found a set of rims that are inexpensive and only 17lb! I’m wondering if the 38mm backspace is going to rub? My plan is to use lowering springs, Tein struts, and sway bars to make it a bit sportier. Nothing too crazy as its my daily.

Save you money and use it towards a used Prius Prime.

My wife has a gen4 and I’m not a fan. My next car will be a tesla 3. I’m just looking to enhance the performance for the next two or three years. My gen3 plug in is great it just needs some stiffer suspension and lower profile tires. I just saw these wheels and at their price and weight was interested.
