Looking at the manual for the 2018 Prius2 It looks like for the transmission fluid replacement procedure. It calls for you to drain, fill, drain, fill, maintenance mode, check. Is that correct?
welcome! i've always understood it to be a simple drain and fill, but am not familiar with gen 4. even a mention in the o/m is something i haven't heard of, since previous gens were considered to be lifetime fluid by toyota. can you post a pic of the relevant section?
