BC coil overs and sway bar links

just wondering if anyone has any information about using BC coil overs and what sway bar link lengths they used or did the kit come with new ones. I just ordered some and can’t wait to install them. I’m excited to have some decent dampers with additional adjustment and a little lower hight too.
