Is this a busted rear wheel bearing?

    My 2007 Prius (~232K miles) has been giving a "whump whump" noise for the last several months. It seems to be coming from the rear left of the vehicle. It comes and goes at certain speeds (not necessarily louder with increased speed). I was wondering about brake drag as another possibility and finally looked at the rear left wheel area. Is there any way this is NOT a wheel bearing issue?

    Put a lug at six o'clock lift up n down on lug gently any play . Replace . It's shot .
