The bolt in the clamp that clamps the airbox to the throttle body is completely rounded. Does anybody know the number for that clamp or the bolt specs so I can replace the bolt (or the whole clamp) once I get the rounded one off? It's not labeled in any of the diagrams I've found. Thanks in advance.

Tried another tack, searched with google for:

2nd gen prius clamp between throttle body and air box

and the AI summary is very detailed, indicates part number:

    90466-62002

or the more generic but may fit:

    96111-10800

Looks to be a spring-style clamp, with the tricky lock-open design. That’s the style on my third gen as well. Maybe the clamp on yours is not original??

@Mendel Leisk and his big AI team is correct.

Was this clamp original or perhaps replaced with a lame hose clamp? That can be done for cheap, or unscrew the bolt and get a new bolt from any hw store?

Naturally the OE clamp is flawless/better, but if in a hurry etc… :ROFLMAO:
