Combination Meter repair in Los Angeles area

    It's that time for our car, 2008 just passed 190k.
    Removing the dashboard is too daunting for me and I don't want to put this pressure on friends.
    Is there a reliable place in the Los Angeles area that can remove and more importantly put back the dashboard with no broken vent & minimal post repair rattling? At a reasonable price?
    I'll even buy a refurb. board from Texas Hybrid if the local shop can't/doesn't know how to repair the defective one. TYI

    I'm Jonathan's friend Thomas. I've done many combination meter repairs. I use genuine automotive grade Panasonic capacitors unlike most that do these repairs. I charge $150 for the service. I am very careful when removing vents, but depending on how much sun they have seen sometimes its impossible to remove them without them shattering.
