ABS, Brake and Traction lights are on.

ABS, Brake and Traction lights are on. All three turn off eventually, then after several hours or even after a couple of days, they would come back on. I have not figured any pattern on when they would come on or would turn off. I am getting C1391 and C1241 codes. I am hoping it's not the actual brake accumulator module which would be expensive to replace from what I've seen. My hope is that since the lights go off for a while, it might be just a sensor or a cable that is failing. Please, any advice with any suggestions on what I could check would be greatly appreciated.

I am not mechanic by any means - I have replaced the break pads before, as well as the spark plugs on this Prius 2013. And that's the extend of what I've done so far on this car.

When that lights are on, breaks seem be be a little lower -- I mean the break pedal feels like I need to press a little more... the sensation on the break pedal seems to slightly change when the lights go off.
