I bought an OEM battery today. The details on the outside packaging, and the sticker on the battery, match

However, the plastic around the cables were missing, and no documentation was in the box. I looked at videos online and those OEM boxes had the plastic protections, and some replacement plastic parts that were missing in the one I received.

Anything I should worry about? The packaging suggests it may have been opened, but the stickers and such suggest the battery is otherwise fine. This is in SoCal.

Curious how you received your OEM replacement HV batteries.

I've only done Gen2 brand new OEM replacement, not Gen 3 OEM replacement but have worked on lots of Gen3 packs and based on your pictures you have everything you need...

But maybe I'm not understanding the details? More specifically can you please elaborate in much greater detail when you say: "plastic protections, and some replacement plastic parts that were missing..."

Thank you for replying, here is a screenshot from a video I was watching. The new OEM batteries have the connections wrapped in plastic. They also come with spare plastic mounts/fasteners taped to the assembly. Mine had neither.

I am *slightly* concerned the OEM package I received from the dealer may have been either opened in the past, or tampered with? But since the stickers match up, I am at least not concerned that it's an old or fraudulent battery.
