Losing coolant but car runs fine

    I cleaned the battery fan filter,

    I've heard that will make the throttle pedal respond faster, and also good for 4 or 5 hp............

    You must be talking about that throttle monster thing that someone got snickered for $200 bucks........:cry::p:whistle:
    I'd buy one, but I found out that the car already had one.:notworthy::LOL: I didn't need another, because I'm cheap.....(y)

    And that’s why a transaxle fluid change is never mentioned, in the Toyota USA publication Warranty and Maintenance Booklet?

    I couldn't care less about 'never mentioning'
    Fresh lube for this box of gears and bearings and two motors.
    I want a premium lube when I change it.

    Does that make sense?

    Is your statement true for later gens?

    Yes I did and it was Ga Ross...:mad:

    Is this not a maintenance item?
    It was simple and easy.

    It is great compared to the gen 3 method.
    I pulled the filter and there was the fan and it had a light dust coating.
    Nothing like the dust bunny clog you find in the gen 3.(y)
