Yakima Whispbar Smartfoot fitting kit K404w

was wondering if anyone has a Smartfoot fitying kit K404 (sometimes marketed as K404w) they would sell? Can't find any in the US and ones overseas don't ship to the US. The Smartfoot fitting kits go with the Whispbar roof racks. And some Yakima and Prorack systems it seems. I have the Whispbar, and a rack place looked up the kit number for my 2008 Prius. The K404 kit. Thanks in advance for any help!
