Need Thoughts - P0456 - EVAP Leak

    Hi all - first post on here. Getting this Prius ready to sell and want to clear the codes that I reasonably can. Replaced gas cap a bit ago so it’s relatively new/gasket appears to be fine. Noticed this small line that looks like a crack in the fuel filler pipe (P77201-47090) - any feedback/other thoughts? Trying to do what I can from home.

    It is a very small leak. The purge valve is not stuck open? Remove it and try to blow / use a vacuum to test it.

    Smoke test is the right way to do it. Once i tried it by pressurizing the system with a bicycle pump and listen and was able to find it (not on Prius). But was difficult.

    Thank you for your reply. I’ll give that a shot - I had not checked yet. I know that smoke test is really the right way to do this, would be a fun tool to pick up but trying to save costs for now if I can. Thanks man!
