Indiana scored very early by pass interception, and Oregon answered to tie 7-7.

This one is going to be fun.

It is now Indiana 35, Oregon 7, with 59 seconds left in the second quarter.

    +1.
I thought that Oregon was and IS a very good team and they played about as well as could be expected against the Hoosiers.
I'm a proud Hoosier but I'm a 'Bama fan - and YES, they should probably not have been in the CFP as a three-loss team, schedule notwithstanding. We did beat the Sooners though! :)
    -Roll Tide!!

This means I did not have much skin in the game - but I enjoyed it, and I will be watching next Monday with interest just to root against the 'canes.

One of the many benefits of the transfer portal (and NIL) is the flattening-out of the talent pool, and that's on display in this 12-team playoff, which will ALWAYS include a gaggle of #13 teams that SHOULD HAVE been #12.

The Ducks had a one loss year before the playoffs and they are a 'young' team.
If I had to guess the ducks will be back in hunt next fall.... ;)

    Quack!
