2007 Prius making pumping sound and not turning on

    2007 Prius had abs module replaced recently and got a new 12v battery. Car doesn’t want to turn on now and making a “pumping” sound coming from the what sounds like inverter. Anybody had something like this occur before? Trying to upload video.
