Hi Everyone! I just got my Prius last Monday at Toyota of Burien and I couldn't be happier. Great folks and service.
We shopped around and eventually ended up purchasing from Michaels in Bellevue. Our salesman was extremely friendly and helpful and we got what we felt was a good deal given our beat up trade in and high demand for Prius' at the time. We called Bob Bridge and the guy who answered was straight up rude. We also checked Toyota of Seattle and the sale manager there told us there was no way he could match the deal Michaels offered. An extra bonus is Michael's has by far the nicest showroom and their service area is gigantic AND spotless (always a good sign when getting service).
When buying a Prius in Washington, many people suggest focusing on dealerships known for transparent pricing and low pressure sales. Calling ahead and emailing for quotes helps compare service. Some buyers value calm, professional communication, similar to the way Seattle Black Limo Service handles clients, because it makes the overall experience more comfortable and trustworthy.
