It was a simple matter of providing a buffer for those scrambling to purchase prior to tax-credit expiring, then just missing the date.

30 electrified vehicle options are available between Lexus and Toyota. That'll increase to 32 again with the introduction of the 2026 C-HR and 2026 Lexus ES 350e and ES 550e. Pretty sure the bZ Woodland sales will be combined under bZ sales as a whole. Speaking of the 2026 C-HR, Toyota released their pricing for the 2 trims, SE and XSE. C-HR SE will start at $37,000 and the XSE will start at $39,000. In addition the bZ Woodland will start at $45,300 while the bZ Woodland Premium will begin at $47,400. They still haven't listed the 2026 RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid MSRP, just the 2025 MY is still listed.
Toyota Full-Line Pricing - Toyota USA Newsroom

As for specific declines, both the Lexus RZ and Toyota bZ declined steeply, more than likely due to a switchover to a new model. The RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid also declined 34.6% in sales while all 3 Lexus Plug-in Hybrids enjoyed an increase in sales. Again I'm assuming the RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid sales falloff is due to an imminent switchover to the 2026 model.

The Prius and Prius Plug-in Hybrid had a great year with increases at 28.3% and 22.7% respectively over 2024.

For Canadian fans, Toyota Canada has not released their 2025 sales. Last report was for November.

The interesting figures to me are:

    Rav4h down 12.6% YOY compared to 20124
Rav4 hybrid plug in down 34.6% YOY

Attributed to new model introduction and new model retooling of factories I presume.

If I read the totals of roughly 479k total Rav4s and subtract roughly 201 H and plug ins I get roughly 178k ICE. Big bet in going all hybrid.
