Seeking "pop-in" light sub-panel for 2010 Prius lift gate

The lift gate seems to have a sub panel that could be popped out. It would be ideal if one could pop in a LED light fixture (designed for this lift gate or fits by happenstance) that is switched on off / automatically, so as to provide light when needed and turn off automatically so as to not deplete the battery..

Does such a unicorn exist? I would think I am not the first to look for such a fixture.
