I have had my eye on this filter for a while now and was unable to get it delivered.

Now I have one and have replaced my K&N cabin air filter with this one from BuddyGo.

I had a button in the 2012 pip that shut off most or all outside air for a few minutes and then resetting

The liftback has that button too. That's a separate feature from the "Plasmacluster" ion generator, which is on all the time whenever the HVAC is (unless you turn it off with a Techstream option).
