Im checking to see if anybody knows if this is true about this policy that Hyundai apparently has when it comes to returning cars. When you buy a brand new Hyundai if you're not satisfied with it you can return it for a full refund, as long as you haven't put over 300 miles on the car. I heard a rumor about that but Im very skeptical about it as it would be a financial loss when they did that. As soon as you drive a car off the lot its blue book value decreases so it wouldn't make sense for Hyundai to do that and suffer a loss in their profits.
This is an identical thread to the one that you created 11 months ago, https://priuschat.com/index.php?posts/3520155 Why are you creating another thread about this topic. If you really want to know, contact your local Hyundai dealer and ask them. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
Bottom line, no it's not true. But there are lemon laws in many states that do try to help protect folks when they do buy a new car that ends up being in the shop for repairs more than it can be used. Why would someone go through all that trouble buying a new car then just think they can return it? That's what research and test-driving and asking current owners about the vehicle is for! FWIW, my daughter has had a 2021 Hyundai Palisade for a few years, now, and has had some minor issues but, overall, it's a pretty good vehicle. (I would put the Hyundai behind Toyota, Mazda, and Honda....so 4th)
