2014 Toyota Prius C - Front Struts/Shocks Changed - Possible Issue

Hello,

I went on Ebay and found pre-assembled front shocks/struts/suspension that are compatible with my 2014 Toyota Prius C.

I installed them and my car is sitting 3.5" higher than before. It's very noticeable.

ChatGPT and Google Gemini think this is probably because they are the not compatible but that it might be because the bolts were tightened in an incorrect sequence. They say I should tighten the knuckle bolts with the weight of the car down but I can't do that because the wheels would need to be installed and then I can't access the bolts.
