After the recent freeze here in Texas my warning lights have come on.

The morning after the ice storm I went to explore the neighborhood and the vac and abs were both used during that short 10 minute drive. One thing I noticed on the drive was it felt like the parking brake was on (but I verified it wasn't). No lights at that time.

Then next day go to drive again and the warning lights are on (brake light, (!) vsc, and abs. And it feels like the brake are slightly on. But when I apply the e-brake they do come on more. I hoped it was just frozen but not that we've thawed out it hasn't gone away.

I just jacked front of my car up and and pit in N and the front tires are hard to rotate.

Is this time for abs actuator? When I get more time I'll see if maybe I have a stuck caliper or something. Thoughts?

No codes on my Dr.Prius or Hybrid Assistant apps.

sadly after the thaw still have lights on no codes. I did confirm no abs during a recent rainstorm when braking. Don't hear the pump running constantly as others have posed about so is it just an abs sensor or something?

The Dr Prius app is only capable of reading some of the trouble codes that a Prius could have. It is not capable of reading brake trouble codes. The Hybrid Assistant app is not capable of reading any trouble codes.

    Read this post, https://priuschat.com/index.php?posts/3290690

Copied below is a small part of the post that I linked to.
    1) Dr Prius
All about monitoring certain live HV battery data. Paid version gets a couple HV battery "guesstimate" tests. Can pull/clear ECM and (some?) hybrid system codes. Can control battery fan function.

    2)Hybrid Assistant
Displays certain ECM & hybrid system data. Can datalog and make beautiful reports. Can turn battery fan on. No codes. Android only.

If you want a scanner that is capable of reading all the trouble codes that a Prius can have, I recommend the Autel AP200. It costs about $60 on Amazon.

Often, when there is an active problem, it makes sense to prioritize getting the trouble codes, and later work on shopping for a scan tool so it's more convenient to get trouble codes next time.
