Just bought the AISIN off Amazon. Originally bought another one for $40, but the potential for inverter problems just isn't worth the $70 I'd save by going ultra cheap. So I cancelled and reordered. The only video I've found is from Nuts about Bolts. This one doesn't seem to be that hard. Anyone else who has done this, any pointers much appreciated. Looks like the only way to do it is take off all those bolts :).

Bought from AISIN store on Amazon. The water pump was the real deal. The inverter pump from the dealer is an arm and a leg.
