Like the title states, is the 2007 Camry Hybrid considered a gen 6 Camry or Gen 1 Camry Hybrid?

Also, anything known that goes first that I am better to focus on more thoroughly inspecting as was noted something might be cracking on the underside somewhere?

Appears there is some interchange with struts using V6 models sourced parts like 2007-2009 ES350 front struts, 2006-2012 Avalon rear struts and 2010-2011 gen 6.5 Camry front bumper (with or without headlight assemblies), possibly some other interior things and other parts with the non hybrid models of the same gen.

Background if nosy. Well, finally happened again and this time I bought. The seller was right, I wouldn't be able to pass on the offer.

Someone wanted it gone and I only wanted the HV battery. For little more than the scrap yard offered, I got permission to leave the car parked in their garage until I found the two radiators required to drive back. Those along with a little pink Asian coolant, new headlight assemblies, slotted angle and angle from an old executive desk along with some zip ties and bulb pins and bulbs to rig enough to legally drive to store until I can afford and find cost effective parts to replace what was used on the the daughters deer impacted Camry. I got to keep and own my first 2.4L 2AZ-FXE design system in that car for now. We'll see, I have this imagination where I feel my gen 2 Dodge Ram might make for a nice body swap on this base even if I stretch the car. Better than the gen 3 Prius I originally planned, albeit might be weaker in performance efficiency like mpg's. Who knows, I might like the ride enough to maybe plan a lift as I'm already reviewing how to DIY. Seems like a good knuckle drop candidate.

Anyhow, anything I am better to be concerned with regarding first off for a longer quality road life?

Runs and drives well, though thinking might need new suspension based on the ride home though was icy nasty road conditions as well. So will see later once I get everything back installed, with a V6 radiator as well for the "tow package option" thus far. Seems like the V6 fan plugs and plays well, so hoping I am not missing something spec wise that might be a concern. Inverter radiator bolted right up and hybrid condenser will fit once I get one of those new.

I'd call it a 6th generation Camry with a cool feature, but honestly it's like the gingerbread man in a gingerbread house dilemma.

Is he made of house, or is the house made of his flesh?

I'll drop this here as well since might be good to know that spot welding using the portable power stations and a cheap FCAW welder in the field with no mains outlet is a thing and definitely do able.

Does Toyota name generations? I’d consider it gen 1, like I did my pip
