Id be curious to know if it's possible to get a power adjustable seat from a right hand driver seat and swap it with our manually adjustable passenger seat in order to get both front seats power adjustable.

Or perhaps just the power base and swap on our seat onto that.

Anything is possible if you’re committed.
But I don’t recall anyone ever doing it.
You could try putting a us drivers seat there if the connections look the same.
    You’ll need to find power.
Check Lexus model ct200h’s, they might have had power passenger seats

Or you could most likely buy the base for the right hand drive Prius. Here is a link to the parts diagram on amayama. A quick pretty superficial analysis lists the price for the electirc seat adjuster around $580. One things to consider that comes to mind, would you replace the door card/panel on the US passenger side to give the memory settings controller? If so you would also have to purchase that controller. You could likely find it on amayama. It gets pretty complicated.
