Good Samariton sort to help me please,

I'm in NE London my car suddenly sort of cut out while accelerating on dual carriageway and gave me quite the scare. Car is getting old 2012 Prius Type 3 and its recently had battery issues in cold weather (Needing jump start and failure to start home charged) and perhaps because of many short trips. As i have been using it to respond locally to medical emergencies in the community. Short distance, less than 5 miles normally. 12v battery is old I now realise likely should have been replaced. (C1241-552 Low or high VM1 5.85v, U0073 Control Module Com Bus off in past reports, U0126-742 Lost coms steering)

I think what I experienced maybe an inverter/converter failure of sort I read could be replaced free in USA. But I'm in London and haven't had the car recently serviced, so it won't be done under a warranty, and I was told there is no recall of my car here. So fully at my own cost, I expect. I am currently in limp mode, petrol only, and unable to clear the P0A94 to get the hybrid system running again.

Check Hybrid system appeared entered fail-safe driving mode. So I connected to the car to pull a Health Check. Please any advice or help would be welcomed.

    Hybrid Control

    • P0A94 – 553 DC/DC Converter Performance codes 553, 0, 172, 557, 0
    • P324E – 788 MG ECU power relay intermittent circuit
    ABS/VSC/TRC
    • U0126-742 Lost Comms with Steering Sensor module (7 Mins earlier in drive before Check Hybrid)
    • C1241-552 Low or high VM1 5.85v
    • C1259 HV/EV Control System Regenerative Malfunction
    • C1310 HV/EV System Malfunction
    • U0073 Control Module Bus off (NAV Also had this as an historic code) Com Bus Check all passed

Plan is to try and get the car back running, then get it fully serviced and new MOT to double check nothing else wrong.
Plan on replacing 12v Battery, Service to replace all the filters, change oil. Maybe drain and replace coolant? Not sure my inverter coolant pump is working in limp mode but want to test maybe thats in need of replacement. Concerned may need a new inverter or converter IPM replacement is what the guide seems to say though Type A inverter current P0A94 type 1 code 172 after clearing error codes and a test drive. Lots in common with this recall procedure?

My Hybrid system reports 896B54708000 refers to a Calibration ID (CID) used by Toyota for a hybrid system software update related to a safety recall. Are DTC s P0A94, P324E, P3004 or P0A1A present YES Does the Hybrid Control System show there is an CID update available? ? think likely never done. We purchaced second hand. If they are not offering any support and its dangerous should I be reporting it to the UK highways, or somewhere?

Fingers crossed if fix nothing else comes up in MOT.

Many thanks for any advice or help.
