New 24 Prime mpg checking in

    Agree. That's ~120 km/hr, which is getting up there. I might have gone that fast for a short burst, but don't like it much. Try secondary highways, keep it around 50 mph, you'll get much better.

    (Ah, see I got sucked in, first post back in March. Oh well.)

    Well, the poster is in Texas. They probably shoot you if you drive under 75 mph there, so they have no choice. LOL

    85 mpg posted speed tollway Austin to San Antonio (roughly) with trucks, suvs, sports cars and Semis. Musk's Cyber truck factory is on the tollway as is the Formula 1 track. A little pricy to use but it gets you past Austin with its always bogged down I35 going right through downtown.

    Short of that legalized racetrack, the other Texas freeways are "keep up with traffic" or the guy behind you will Nascar draft you until they can execute a high speed pass just feet from your bumper.
