    Hello everyone,

After cleaning the intake manifold and assembling everything, I am getting error P3190 and check hybrid system. MAP shows a about 90kPA and after 10 seconds the engine shuts down.

I've probably tried everything. I checked the hoses and plugs. I blinded all the holes, EGR, EVAP, etc. Continuously MAP 90kPA.

When I cover throttle with my hand, the MAP dropped to 20-25 kPA and the engine also shut down after 10 seconds.

Anyone have an idea what to do next?

I’d go back and retrace all my steps

And your engine isn’t running, just spinning over.
Be careful, you can easily kill the hybrid battery

Check the PCV hose is connected intake manifold? That’s caught me.

    Blinded all the holes????? (n)

A very common, and easily missed, is the pcv hose to the intake manifold.
It's hard to see as you put the intake manifold on.

Did you change the pcv valved?

    Many thanks for all answers.

So Yes I read that PCV hose could be issue and checked it twice. Yes I changed PCV valve. Even I did the test that I cover PCV entry manually and still no difference.

Only difference was when I cover totally the throttle. Then MAP was 20-25kPA.

Could it be a dead throttle?

IF everything was working before, and now it's not, something is likely not connected, or not
    connected correctly.

You just need to SLOWLY, go over EVERTHING, step by step.
Disconnect and reconnect all the electrical connections, check the pins.
    Are you getting any codes?

If the engine can crank with the throttle closed and have 90 kPa in the intake manifold, there's a lot of air getting in somewhere.
