as to the prior admin - that was even way worse? Sadly, & sometimes, we have to pick the lesser of 2 evils. You decide - & hopefully our God blesses our decision.

I think that says it all.

I no longer have a Prius. I did love the Prius I had.

Now I come here -- or did -- because it reminded me of my dad and his friends spending a few hours working on cars.

    This no longer does that.

Been trying to ignore 98 percent of recent postings, but it is a PIA between vax and all the rest.
Ignore is just not doing enuff. Going to take another break from this "masterful" writing. See you all in June? Or for next Thanksgiving?

Imagine that there will not be another zoonotic virus, unto pandemic during our lifetimes, That would be really good, and obviate discussions about rapid vaccine development and uptake. Obviate discussions about sensible public-health precautions to also be taken.

So good, so good, so good. And yet, such another zoonotic virus might appear and spoil our ignorant fun. It will come, and when it does, the human enterprise will again be asked locally and globally how to respond.

No one asked, but I'd give a B grade for human enterprise response to COVID. Always hoping for better ...

    --
Delaying this inevitable means noticing where frisky viruses are newly coming to humans. Not sure this effort continues with strong funding, But what is really the value of delay? Do we imagine that humans will become less ignorant in future?
