I believe the Mexico version also uses low profile rear headrests. And I'm assuming they share the same dimensions for the mounting poles.

Center one does not apply because ours doesn't remove. But passenger and driver side parts would be nice to have.

    Black cloth w/silver stitching(LE): 71940-47750-C3 or 71940-47750-C7
    Black cloth w/red stitching(SE): 71940-47750-C2 or 71940-47750-C6
    Black softex w/silver stitching(XLE/LTD): 71940-47710-C6 or 71940-47710-20
    Black softex w/red stitching(XSE/XSE+): 71940-47710-C5 or 71940-47710-C9

The two part numbers for each line are because Toyota changed something in Jan of 2025. They're probably still functionally identical, but I can't guarantee they're cosmetically identical. To be safe, I'd order the first part number if your car was built in 2022-24 and the second part number if your car was built in 2025-26. Lefts and rights are identical, so you just order two of the correct part number.

Grey seats are not available in Japan or Mexico(or Europe?), so small rear headrests for those cars are not made.

The cost should be roughly $275 for the pair including shipping($120 each + S&H). I've had mine for about 9 months and I'm very happy. They don't come close to obstructing the rear window view through the mirror at all if they're in the lowest position. I keep the original full-size headrests in my garage just in case I'm going to have passengers in the back for a long drive, but that's extremely rare for me.

Here's what the short headrest looks like with the fixed center headrest and in comparison with a tall one: 20250416_134206.jpg

    Here's with both shorts installed:

And here's the look out the back from roughly the rear view mirror position:
