I need help identifying Block 6 on a 2014 Prius C. There are several sets of rules which contradict one another. Can anyone help? I have a P3016. When I count in the direction of the arrow, my voltmeter reads 16 vdc, 32 vdc, 48 vdc, 64 vdc and on the fifth block it goes to zero, and not the sixth block.Am I counting in the wrong direction?

It goes to zero because you no longer have continuity. The safety plug is removed, right?

Block 6 is the two modules next to each other in the middle of your colored boxes. One is in the red box, one is in the yellow box.
